Ausena Support is the business and life admin arm of the Ausena brand, based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Why Ausena exists
Ausena Support grew out of fifteen years inside banking and credit, and six years running the administrative backbone of two regulated practices — Ausena Accountants and Ausena Mortgage Broking. That gave us documentation experience from both sides: the formal, lender-facing side a business has to get right, and the personal, high-stakes side families rely on when working with therapists, schools and NDIS providers. We now bring that same discipline to mortgage brokers and accountants who need reliable support without hiring in-house, and to families and individuals who need someone detail-oriented handling the paperwork.

Janita Asim
Founder · Credit & Lending Background
Janita founded Ausena Support after more than fifteen years in banking and financial services, most recently as a Credit Manager with Westpac Group, underwriting residential and business lending across the Westpac, BankSA, St.George and Bank of Melbourne brands. Her career began on the front line at BankSA before moving through service, lending and team-management roles into credit. For the past six years she has run the day-to-day administration behind Ausena Accountants and Ausena Mortgage Broking.

Ausena’s technology work is led by a senior engineer with nearly fifteen years at the same established Australian industrial business, progressing from Senior IT Analyst through Systems Administrator and Cloud Engineer to Lead of Cloud Systems, and now managing the organisation’s cloud and engineering function. That path gives a genuinely complete view of enterprise technology — hands-on administration at one end, cloud architecture and team leadership at the other — applied at Ausena to small-business scale: practical, systems-first, and focused on the foundations a business actually needs.
