HOME EDUCATION SUPPORT
You focus on learning. We’ll take care of the rest.
From weekly learning journals and portfolio organisation to planning, resource research and learning records, Ausena helps home-educating families spend less time documenting and more time learning together.

You send
Short notes, photos, activities and work samples.
We organise
Activities are documented, described, categorised and filed.
You receive
An organised learning journal, summaries and progressively built portfolio.
Learning Journals & Daily Records
Send us a quick note about your week — what you made, read, built or explored — and we turn it into an organised learning record categorised across learning areas, with photos and work samples attached.
- Daily, weekly, monthly and term learning summaries
- Learning-area categorisation and activity descriptions
- Photograph captions and work-sample descriptions
- Progress notes, interests and emerging-skills records

EVERYDAY LEARNING

HANDS-ON LEARNING

LEARNING EVERYWHERE
Everyday Life, Documented Learning
Home education doesn’t only happen at a desk. We help you capture the learning in cooking, shopping, gardening, the library, LEGO, art, swimming, nature walks and board games — especially reassuring for child-led, play-based or eclectic approaches.
Example: “We made pancakes, counted ingredients and read two library books” becomes a properly organised record covering practical mathematics, literacy and life skills.
Portfolios & Records
- Individual child learning folders, built progressively through the year
- Photograph and work-sample filing, portfolio organisation
- Learning-area mapping and record organisation
- Home education paperwork organisation and deadline reminders
- Portfolio Rescue — for months of unorganised photos, worksheets and notes
Planning & Resources
- Weekly, term and annual planners; activity calendars
- Interest-based resource research (books, activities, excursions, programs)
- Excursion and activity administration, with records maintained afterward
- Visual schedules, routine planners and flexible timetable templates

Choose the support that fits where you are now
Recurring
Ausena Learning Journal
Ongoing recurring documentation. Send us short notes, photos or work samples during the week, and we build your weekly journal, monthly summary and term portfolio automatically. “I know my children are learning — I just don’t have time to document everything” is exactly the problem this solves.

Portfolio Rescue
For families with months of accumulated photos, worksheets and notes that need organising retrospectively. We sort, categorise and file everything into a proper portfolio, so you’re not starting from a folder of chaos.

Home Education Setup
Create the organisational system at the beginning. We set up your learning-record structure, child folders, planner, templates and documentation system, so everything after this point has somewhere to go.
Talk to us →SCOPE OF SERVICE
Organisation and documentation, not curriculum authority
We help you organise, plan and document the learning that’s already happening — we’re not a school, teacher, curriculum authority or educational therapist, and we don’t provide official assessment of curriculum achievement or guarantee registration outcomes. You remain responsible for your child’s education; we provide the organisation and administrative infrastructure around it.

Less paperwork. More time for learning.
Tell us how you’re currently documenting learning, and we’ll show you what a done-for-you learning journal looks like.
